Your main tasks include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Analyze and process satellite imagery<\/strong> from multiple sources (e.g., <strong>Sentinel-2<\/strong>, <strong>Landsat<\/strong>, and commercial providers) for insights related to <strong>crop health<\/strong>, <strong>land use<\/strong>, and <strong>yield predictions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply <strong>remote sensing techniques<\/strong> to extract meaningful information such as <strong>vegetation indices<\/strong> (e.g., <strong>NDVI<\/strong>, <strong>EVI<\/strong>) and <strong>soil moisture<\/strong> data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and manage <strong>geospatial databases<\/strong> and ensure data is efficiently stored, processed, and made available for the platform\u2019s <strong>machine learning models<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use <strong>GIS tools<\/strong> and platforms (e.g., <strong>QGIS<\/strong>, <strong>ArcGIS<\/strong>, <strong>PostGIS<\/strong>) to perform with advancements in <strong>remote sensing technologies<\/strong> and <strong>geospatial analysis<\/strong> and recommend new techniques to improve the platform\u2019s accuracy and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2+ years of experience<\/strong> in geospatial data analysis, preferably with a focus on <strong>satellite imagery<\/strong> and <strong>remote sensing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>GIS software<\/strong> such as <strong>QGIS<\/strong>, <strong>ArcGIS<\/strong>, or <strong>similar tools<\/strong> for spatial data analysis and visualization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with <strong>multispectral satellite data<\/strong> (e.g., <strong>Sentinel-2<\/strong>, <strong>Landsat<\/strong>) and extracting key metrics such as <strong>NDVI<\/strong>, <strong>EVI<\/strong>, and <strong>LAI<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>geospatial databases<\/strong> and tools like <strong>PostGIS<\/strong> and
